Sweet Home sits on the ground floor of a traditional house in the old part of Sykia. Thick stone walls keep it cool through the summer, while warm wood, handmade ceramics and soft linens make it feel like a home rather than a rental.
Inside there is one bedroom with a large double bed and a bright living room with two sofa beds, so the space sleeps four guests in comfort. A fully equipped kitchen lets you cook as you please, and the bathroom offers a spacious modern shower.
Step outside and the garden takes over. Greenery all around, fruit trees, a shaded corner and a proper barbecue. This is where guests spend their evenings, slow and quiet, under the Halkidiki sky.

We loved the wonderful yard and the fully equipped kitchen, and our evenings ended around the barbecue. Nikos offered us his traditional wine and olive oil, and when our car gave us trouble he called a mechanic and came along in person. Special people.

No, nothing at all. Nothing is paid through this site. You agree on everything directly with Nikos and Katerina and settle with them, simple and personal.

Do we need a car?
Not for the village itself. The taverna, the cafe and the bakery are all a few minutes on foot. For the beaches a car genuinely helps, since Sykia beach is 4.5 km from the house.
Where do we park?
Right at the house. Free private parking is waiting for you and no reservation is needed.
Which beaches are close?
Sykia beach is 4.5 km away, Tourkolimnionas 5 km, Valti 6 km, and Platania and Sarti are both about 8 km. A different swim for every day of your stay.
Are children welcome?
Warmly, and at every age. A baby cot is available on request, just mention it when you write to us.
What time is check in and check out?
